Who We Are

Local health care organization backed by the #1 health care provider in the U.S. based on enrollment.1

In 2013, UnitedHealthcare completed its merger with Medica HealthCare and Preferred Care Partners. The convergence of our companies was an important event for South Florida, Medicare beneficiaries and the physicians who care for our members. Our commitment is to provide a diverse portfolio of benefit choices for those we serve, giving them the ability to choose a health care plan that best meets their income levels and health care needs.

Our vision is to be a united organization for our community, patients and physicians.
